Why Setting Feminine + Masculine Goals Change Everything

Let’s decide on sales goals that you want for the next 30 days. First, we will discuss the difference between a masculine and a feminine goal.

Masculine goals are results-oriented, mostly material. A goal has to have something tangible in the end: a house, a car, career, a certain amount of money, a certain amount of children, status and reputation. To reach these goals, he directs all of himself, his energy, his thoughts, his actions towards this one goal. He reaches the goal step by step, by going from point A to point B gradually, following a strict plan.

Feminine goals are state-oriented. That means when you try to make a decision about your next goal, think of how it makes you feel versus what you will get out of it. This is very important for a woman. Because the way you feel will motivate you, in a feminine way, to want more and to want correctly. A woman can reach the goal without having any idea on how to do it or any plan with steps. She just follows the flow, trusts the Universe. It is enough for her to just know the end result, and somehow she will find the way.

For example, a masculine goal would be that I want to write a book and a feminine goal would be that I want to become a writer. See the difference? 

How to create a FEMININE sales goal:

1. What do you want to BECOME? 

2. How do you want to FEEL?

How to create a MASCULINE sales goal:

1. Make it SPECIFIC. (For example, a sales goal is $5,000)

2. Make it MEASURABLE. (For example, my goal is $5,000 and I can measure if I hit that goal by looking at my Quickbooks at the end of the month).

3. Make it ATTAINABLE. (For example, I have achieved $5,000 in the past and I have a service available for $2500. I need to close 2 people this month so this is attainable for me).

4. Make it RELEVANT. (For example, this goal of $5,000 is relevant to me because this goal will help me achieve my annual sales goal).

5. Make it TIMELY. (For example, I would like to hit this goal in 30 days). 

PRO TIP: I suggest making a mix of feminine and masculine goals. The goal is BALANCE between our sacred feminine and masculine.
