What impact are you making in the world?

It shifts the mindset when we talk about how much we could be helping another person instead of focusing on the stress of a sales call. 

Your EGO needs to be bigger than your impact. 

If you believe that your product or service is “so-so” then selling is not going to be easy.

I worked with a woman that thought that her product was a solid “ok” and struggled to close business. We discovered that she didn’t like self-promotion and had some harsh feelings about herself. That’s ok! We have all been that, went to the concert, and bought the t-shirts. 

A great journaling assignment is answering this question:

  • What is your impact? 
  • What did the last three raving fan clients of yours have to say about your service or product? 
  • How have you changed other people’s lives?
